Return and Cancellation Policy

1. Consultation & Design Service Cancellation

• Clients may cancel or reschedule their booked consultation at least 48 hours in advance to receive a full refund or reschedule without penalties.

• Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled consultation are non-refundable but may be rescheduled at our discretion.

• No-shows or same-day cancellations are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled.

2. Refund Policy

Since our services involve professional expertise and customized design solutions, all completed consultations and design services are non-refundable. However, if a client is dissatisfied with the service, we are happy to provide revisions within the agreed scope of work.

3. Digital Deliverables & Revisions

• Once digital design files (such as mood boards, 3D models, or layout plans) are delivered, refunds will not be issued due to the nature of the service.

• If adjustments are required, clients may request up to two revisions at no extra cost within 7 days of receiving the initial design. Additional revisions may be subject to extra charges.

4. Force Majeure & Unforeseen Circumstances

• If we must cancel a consultation due to unforeseen circumstances (such as technical issues or emergencies), clients will receive a full refund or be offered the option to reschedule.

5. Custom Agreement Terms

For long-term projects, remodeling contracts, or large-scale design services, cancellation and refund policies will be outlined in a separate contract based on the project scope.
